  • find $15,000 in Column A of the Payment Table above

  • to reduce your Property Tax to $0, you need to Deposit $15,000 into Income Builder

    • I will provide you with the details on how to make a Deposit

  • At end of year 3 your Deposit will increase by 200% to give you a Profit of $30,000 ( column B )

    • Total Paid at end of year 3 is $45,000 ( column C )

      ( our 3 years agreement has paid for 3 Years of Property Tax @ $15,000 per year )

Early Exit
  • if for any reason you wish to get out of the agreement before the end of year 3, you have two exit points available to you ...

    • Exit 1 - at end of year 1 you can end the agreement with profit @ 5% per year

      • your Profit will be $750 ( column D )

      • you will be paid $15,750 ( column E )

    • Exit 2 - at end of year 2 you can end the agreement with profit @ 5% per year

      • your Profit will be $1,500 ( column F )

      • you will be paid $16,500 ( column G )

Let's say you have the following Yearly Payments ....

  • Loan Payments - $10,000 per year

TOTAL YEARLY PAYMENTS - $64,200

  • find $64,200 in Column B of the Income Chart above

  • to reduce your Yearly Payments to $0, you need to invest $300,000 as in Column A

    • Your $300,000 will be returned to you as in Step 3

  • We will add $64,200 Profit each year for 2 years

  • At end of 2 years ...

    • We will continue for another 2 years until you request payment as in Step 2

    • When you request payment in Step 2 ...

      • We will return your $300,000 at end of year 2 as follows...

        • Your Investment $300,000

        • $64,200 Profit each year for 2 years ( total $128,400 )

        • TOTAL PAID $428,400
