        • we will make these Monthly Payments for 36 months to a total of $36,000 column E

      • Balance Payment - at the end of the 36 months, we will make a Final Payment of $14,000 column F

        • the Loan is Paid in Full ( $36,000 Column E PLUS $14,000 column F EQUALS $50,000 column A
