If you look at the top of column D your will see Step 3 Balance $470,000
In column A where it says Balance Payment, these are the payments we are making directly to you.
this Payment Process will take 6 to 36 months to compete depending on the size of your balance. In this example $470,000 will take at least 24 months to complete.
